Crowd77 Terms of Use

    Welcome to Crowd77 (“Crowd77”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a service owned and operated by 77 Technologies Limited, located at 4 Agbeleye Close, off Aderupoko Street, Ahmadiya, Lagos, Nigeria.
    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including websites, mobile applications, payment services, and any other products and features provided.

    By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately

    1. Eligibility

    • Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
    • Users creating fundraisers on behalf of businesses, charities, or organizations must have proper authorization.
    • Crowd77 reserves the right to verify your identity before permitting you to create or manage a fundraiser.

    2. Use of Platform

    • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
    • Fundraisers may not be created for illegal, fraudulent, violent, discriminatory, or misleading purposes.
    • Crowd77 reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

    3. Donations

    • Donations made through Crowd77 are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
    • Donors understand that contributions are voluntary and do not create contractual obligations between donor and recipient.

    4. Organizer Responsibilities

    • Organizers must use funds for the exact purpose described in the fundraiser.
    • Organizers are responsible for providing updates to donors on how funds are spent.

    5. Account Security

    • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials and 2FA methods.
    • Superadmin reset procedures apply when users lose access to their 2FA devices.

    6. Termination & Suspension

    • Crowd77 may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms.
    • Fund withdrawals may be frozen during investigations of fraud or abuse.

    7. Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
    • Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
